    These are the rules for all of the techniques that will be available to you or made by you for every race on the site.

    1) Follow the template that is given in the Techniques thread. This template is used for all of the races.

    2) All newcomers are able to submit 6 free techniques that will be completely free. They must and will of course be moderated.

    3) I shall reiterate here: no godmodding or metagaming is allowed. You will be asked immediately to change anywhere and everywhere there are signs of godmodding and/or metagaming.
